Warranty

Our Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal usage. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if there is a major failure.

Sofa Frame
Each upholstery frame sold by Sofast Pty Ltd is backed against failure due to a manufacturing fault for 25 years from the date of delivery.

Components
Other components including fabrics, foam, fiber fillings, leathers, springs, and legs sold by Sofast Pty Ltd is backed against failure due to a manufacturing fault for 2 years from the date of delivery.

Warranty does not apply to:
Repairs to a product made or attempted by a service provider outside of Sofast.
Product that has been exposed to direct sunlight or water, extreme heat, spills such as chemicals, dye or other corrosive materials, or body fluids.
Warranty is unable to be transferred and does not cover products used for commercial purposes

Exclusions:
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this warranty does not apply to any products
sold as floorstock, repair products or products that have a defect which has been made aware to the customer before purchase was made. 

With normal usage you may notice:
Foam and fillings will soften and form the shape of the user over time.
The size and weight of our items may have minor variations of up to 5% from the warehouse, sample or product dimensions found online.
Fabric pilling is a result of daily wear and can be successfully removed with a battery operated Pill machine. A depillar will remove the loose surface fibres but does not affect the fabric.

Please check the packaging dimensions of each product before ordering to make sure they will fit into the intended space and through any doorways and hallways. If the item does not fit and our courier has to return it to our warehouse, a return fee from $60 may be charged to return the item to Sofast.
