Returns and Refunds
We understand that choosing a sofa is a big commitment.
The right sofa needs to be comfortable, suit your lifestyle and taste. To help put your mind at ease, if your sofa isn't ticking these boxes we have a 14 day return policy.
Within 14 days of delivery we can process a full refund or store credit (this excludes any return charges) as long as the products are in 'as new' condition. Items must not be damaged, washed or laundered.

Once you’ve returned your item in ‘as new’ condition, we’ll confirm receipt via email, then issue a refund (to your original payment method), or a store credit voucher within 10 business days (less delivery costs). The time taken for your refund to be processed will be determined by your payment method.
