Delivery

After placing your order we will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to arrange and confirm a delivery date. Please be advised that a specific time is unable to be set and is made by the courier team. On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call with a 2 hour window for delivery. 

Our flat rate delivery fee is valid Tasmania wide and is a ground floor drop off delivery only. This service does not include the feet being placed on sofas or packaging removal. Please make sure there is someone at home to accept and sign for the delivery. 

A re-delivery may fee with apply if,
Incorrect delivery address given upon purchase and the delivery was unable to completed as a result.
The delivery team have attempted delivery on the confirmed day and no one is there to accept the order, the courier will return the order to Sofast's warehouse in Cambridge TAS.

Please check the packaging dimensions of each product before ordering to make sure they will fit into the intended space and through any doorways and hallways. If the item does not fit and our courier has to return it to our warehouse, a return fee of $60 may be charged to return the item to Sofast.
